Ebeni are looking for a project manager to join the existing project management team, to direct and coordinate day to day project activities. The right candidate will support the planning, resourcing and implementation of various projects across Ebeni as a whole working with project teams to ensure delivery meets customer requirements within time and cost constraints. You will also be expected to work within and support the Operations function of the
business and co-operate and liaise with other Business functions e.g.sales, technical, quality, HR etc. as required for the advantage of the business.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Drive the planning, implementation, resourcing and delivery of engineering projects across Ebeni
• Define the scope of projects by working with engineering project teams to develop work breakdown structures and estimates using Microsoft Excel
• Develop and maintain project management plans and other relevant project documentation as required
• Provide invoicing and financial support and oversight to projects including management of project budgets and finances
• Monitor and report on progress of tasks and projects to stakeholders and escalate risks/issues/changes/solutions accordingly
• Report into the weekly Operations meetings on matters such as resource requirements, scheduling and business performance
• Conduct weekly project health checks on KPIs such as resource utilisation, invoicing, work in progress, profit margins and revenue forecasts
• Ensure the compliance of projects with company processes, procedures and work instructions throughout the project life cycle and ensure that auditable trails are maintained.
• Perform project start-up and closure activities in accordance with company processes and procedures, including the preparation of project documentation
• Provide support to bids by developing estimates using Microsoft Excel and schedules using Microsoft Project
• Work in partnership with project teams, account managers and business unit managers to maintain positive client relationships
• Complete project evaluations and assessment of results
• Assist project managers in the application of project management tools
• Develop and implement automated company reports using business intelligence software
• Supporting process improvement initiatives and lessons learnt reviews as a direct input to Quality initiatives
