Ebeni have a fantastic opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Consultant (TAC) to join the team and provide an end-to-end recruitment service across the business.
The role of the TAC is to help Ebeni acquire excellent employees. Responsible for the ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with candidates, the internal teams, current employees and external sources.
This role has a wide scope covering the whole of the employee lifecycle, focusing on the roll-out of a new Applicant Tracking System and Associate Database, resourcing and talent management, into onboarding and metrics.
Whilst operationally focused day to day, this role also requires a strategic focus on long-term needs, cost efficiency and metrics.
The TAC will directly assist the HRM in supporting and driving Ebeni’s people strategy and core values.
You will have proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, preferably for high value engineering / consultancy roles and experienced in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employer branding. An understanding of selection methods and techniques and proficiency in the use of social media and job boards will be essential, with a working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and databases.
Desirably University educated (or equivalent qualification) with a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management / Administration, Psychology or similar fields.
You will have a good understanding of GDPR and the requirements within HR and the general business and current knowledge of HR / Resourcing Laws (e.g. agency regulations) and wider recruitment regulations.
The role will require a leader and strategic thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and the wider business. Detail orientated and able to prioritise tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously is a key element of the role, whilst being adaptable and versatile in sourcing talent.
