Celebrating 20 Years with EUROCONTROL
Ebeni have been working with EUROCONTROL for the last 20 years, providing safety support to EAD, the European AIS Database, which is a critical element of the European aviation system. We are very proud of our long term association with EUROCONTROL and to have been able to celebrate this landmark birthday with all the EAD stakeholders at EUROCONTROL in Brussels this week.
Sindhura Lang and Thierry Narnio represented Ebeni and attended the event last week in Brussels. Sindhura is the Safety, Quality and Security lead for the ATOS team delivering the future iNM (integrated Network Management) system for EUROCONTROL, Thierry is the Manager of Ebeni’s Air Traffic Management business unit.
Reflecting on the time working with EAD, Jo Latham, one of Ebeni’s Founders, said: “EAD was the first, substanial project won by Ebeni in 2004. I recall the conference call with EUROCONTROL; they asked a few technical questions, then told us we had been awarded the contract. We were all elated. So much so, we forgot to end the call before celebrating! … much to the amusement of those on the end of the line in Brussels! Celebrating a 20-year working relationship with EUROCONTROL is a testament to the excellent work we do and of our commitment to our customers.”
