I have a career development plan, which I discuss with my line manager, and I know I have the company’s support in developing my career and investing in training when I need it.
I started a year ago and since then I have been involved with novel civil aircraft at the concept phase, an armoured vehicle in the testing phase and a military aircraft entering the disposal phase. Each of these projects has unique safety challenges, allowing me to build up my experience at a fantastic rate and keep me interested and engaged in my work every day.
I feel privileged to say to say how much I love my work and my team and feel incredibly lucky to be a part of and be able to contribute to this brilliant company. From day one I have felt welcomed and I have been supported throughout my time here. My BUL (ATM), my team lead and my team members have been helpful and lovely people to work with.
